Barclay Interiors transformed this charming rural barn conversion, overseeing the interior architecture as well as the interior design. In new glass extension we created a warm sense of intrigue, offering the brand new space the character it was lacking. In the kitchen, a carefully designed lighting specification contrasts and compliments the property’s original beams. A Bulthup kitchen offers a contemporary feel adored by the client while in the adjacent dining space a statement chandelier makes for an artful centrepiece. A homely, relaxed entertainment room brings atmospheric tones together with textural finishes combined with large, slouchy sofas for family and friends to sink into.
