Ironmongery & Security

In this CPD, interior designers will be given an insight into the basic locking methods of Ironmongery and where to use them through the definition and purpose of security mechanical locking devices and standards, electrical locking devices and standard door sets and security standards.

Designers will also learn more about building control approved documents and security, including; Approved Document Q and Scottish Technical Handbooks, secured by a design initiative run by the police.
