INDUSTRY PARTNER


Industry Partner membership is a great opportunity for suppliers to gain commercial advantage. Companies are encouraged to engage fully with the membership by undertaking sponsored events and provide Continued Professional Development (CPD) lectures.


Eligibility and criteria:


Companies with a turnover in excess of £10m p/a

  • Minimum of 3 years trading
  • A4 presentation sheet setting out why you should be accepted as an Industry Partner and what you hope to get out of membership

Companies with a turnover of less than 10m p/a

  • Minimum of 3 years trading
  • Financial information for the last 3 periods
  • Two reputable designer/architect references with a minimum two years knowledge
  • A4 presentation sheet setting out why you should be accepted as an Industry Partner and what you hope to get out of membership

Companies who are not limited

  • Minimum of 3 years trading
  • Financial information for the last 3 periods
  • Two reputable designer/architect references with a minimum two years knowledge
  • Copy of your abbreviated accounts including balance sheet for the last financial year
  • Copies of your professional insurances for Public (including Products) and Employers’ Liability
  • A4 presentation sheet setting out why you should be accepted as an Industry Partner and what you hope to get out of membership

All companies must produce high quality products and or services which are relevant to the industry and have a website of good quality

Annual Subscription Rates

Subscription *£550 + VAT (£690), per year

Application Fee £100 + VAT (£120), the non-refundable Application Fee is to be submitted with your application

*The membership rate quoted above is the fee you will pay if you switch to paying by direct debit. Fees can be spread over the year by a direct debit collection. If payment is made by BACS/Credit or Debit card an additional £25 will apply. Fees are reviewed annually.


  • VAT is not payable by organisations based outside the UK
  • Rates for part of a year are calculated monthly on a pro-rata basis
  • Payment of your subscription is not due until you are elected to membership
  • Membership fees are invoiced on an annual basis. Our financial year runs from 1st April to 31st March
  • Fees can be spread over the year by a direct debit collection. 
  • Fees are reviewed annually
