St Katharine Docks Penthouse I
When we design show homes, we consider the target market and design accordingly. From our extensive and varied portfolio from around London and the south of England, we have selected just a few show homes to illustrate our versatility.
The first two images are from an executive town house. The décor has a contemporary classic feel and suggests luxury and comfort; it’s aimed squarely at mature, high net worth homeowners.
The third and fourth images are from the Barratt Green House, which won the national architectural ‘Home for the Future’ design competition, sponsored by the National House Building Council. This family house has been designed using green, environmentally sensitive materials throughout for low impact, sustainable living.
Finally, the last two images are of an apartment situated in a vibrant part of town, it’s aimed at young professionals probably in their 30s and has a fresh colour scheme coupled with mid 20th century classic furniture. The apartment is sophisticated yet youthful.
Budgets vary according to the requirements of the building contractor.
