Gracious, grand Georgian listed property

The new owner of this listed property, set in the beautiful surroundings of a North Yorkshire village, was determined to put a personal stamp on his new home.  He asked us to provide help from the start, advising on all services, lighting and av systems, flooring, colour schemes and complete furnishings, fittings and decoration of the house to date.  Completely bespoke furnishings combine with both contemporary and antique pieces and light fittings sourced by us.  The attic floor, updated and converted by the previous owners, now forms a comfortable, light and completely self-contained 3 bedroomed living space, furnished for friends and family in an eclectic style.  Each of the first floor guest bedrooms has been designed and furnished for specific uses, while the master bedroom suite and adjoining study reflect their role as unique spaces for the owner.  A cosy ground floor eclectically furnished snug has been created from what was previously a bland study, while the kitchen, breakfast room and secondary entrance halls have been decorated in keeping with the overall feel of the house.  Work is ongoing with major but discreet alterations to the main formal living areas
