The project transformed a redundant agricultural building into a versatile space overlooking a scenic riverscape. Design focused on creating an inspiring workspace, entertainment area, guest suite, and gym while connecting to the landscape. Mood boards and material selection established a cohesive aesthetic, detailed in 2D/3D presentations. Challenges included the building's listed status, resolved by maximising space and retaining agricultural charm. The interior emphasised openness and adaptability, with bespoke joinery facilitating multi-functional use. Sustainable materials and efficient heating were prioritised, complementing creative landscaping and flood-resistant design. The result impressed the award-winning client, serving as a stunning venue for events even years later.
