Project Summary:

Arding & Hobbs is a 1910, Grade II listed former haberdashery whose cupola has shaped Clapham’s skyline for over a century. After five years vacant, x+why and Interaction reimagined the building as Clapham’s first private members’ club and flexible workplace, returning it to active use with a renewed sense of purpose.
