Project Summary:

A four-story, classical villa, built in 1912, between the late Art Nouveau and early Art Deco periods, overlooking Lake Geneva, carefully renovated to blend modern living with the elegance of a by-gone era. Having lost many of its original features during a phase of modernisation undertaken by the previous owner, the brief was to re-interpret and create a comfortable modern family home that captures the client’s fondness for Art Deco and the spirit of the Belle Epoque.
