Project Summary:

Sensitive and sustainable conversion of a 1790’s Grade II listed former office into a single-family dwelling, guided by regenerative architecture principles. The project reinstated lost historic fabric while significantly enhancing environmental performance through an upgraded thermal envelope, improved airtightness, air source heat pump, MVHR, and integrated photovoltaic panels.
