A cold, leaky and uninspiring 1970s house in Tottenham has been transformed into a warm, resilient family home using natural, local or recycled materials. Nina’s House is fossil fuel-free, low-energy, and rich in tactile beauty — a quiet protest against demolition culture, a hopeful step towards more natural retrofitting.
