Project Summary:

This transformation of an Art Deco building in Fitzrovia creates a contemporary multi-tenant workspace across two floors, connected by a monumental bookcase and a striking raspberry red spiral staircase. The design draws on the building's surrounding architecture and layered cultural history to create a workspace with a distinctive, enduring character.
