TEN was engaged to conceptualise and design The Castings, CDLHT's first Build to Rent development in Piccadilly East, Manchester. With a “Downtown Renaissance” theme, the interiors blend contemporary chic with local character across 352 units and 604 sqm of amenity space, fostering connection, comfort, and urban vibrancy.
