Project Summary:

Thames & Hudson relocated to a 16,000 sq ft Kings Cross workspace previously transformed by Virtus, who then delivered a collaborative CAT B design. Despite complex M&E coordination, bespoke joinery challenges, Network Rail approvals, and a compressed programme, the team delivered exceptional quality two weeks early, exceeding all client expectations.
