Profile

Bespoke Lighting Manufacture for Interior Designers, Design Studios and Hospitality Projects

BRITISH CRAFTSMANSHIP

Iberian Lighting is a British lighting manufacturer specialising in bespoke lampshades and handmade lighting for design-led interiors. Established over sixty years ago, we collaborate with interior designers, design studios and hospitality brands to produce made-to-order pieces that bring concepts to life through exceptional craftsmanship and technical precision.

HANDMADE IN HASTINGS

From our Hastings workshop, our team creates pleated and tailored lampshades, decorative pendants and statement lighting for private and commercial projects. Every item is produced to order, ensuring perfect proportion, material harmony and attention to detail across each stage of manufacture.

PARTNERING WITH INTERIOR DESIGNERS

We work closely with design professionals to deliver reliable quality and communication, offering prototypes, sampling and sectional mock-ups to support design approval and consistency across multiple sites. Our experience covers a wide range of materials including silks, linens, metalwork and custom finishes.

KEEPING IT GREEN AND LOCAL

Sustainability is central to our process, from locally sourced components and recyclable linings to the restoration and relining of existing shades. We believe lighting should be designed for longevity and made responsibly in Britain, reflecting both craft and conscience.

Our portfolio includes collaborations with leading design studios such as Bryan O’Sullivan Studio, PiraJean Lees and House of Hackney, along with projects for Harrods, Grand Central Hotel Belfast and 20 Berkeley Square. Iberian Lighting’s work also features in award-winning film and television productions including The Crown and A Gentleman in Moscow.
