The BIID staff are responsible for the day to day managing of memberships, industry partners, events and marketing.
The team are tasked with implementing the strategic decisions of the Council of Directors and working alongside the BIID committees to ensure the successful running of the Institute.
Chief Operating Officer
Katherine joined the BIID in 2009. Her role is to support Council to develop effective strategies and to manage the Institute team.
Joy joined the BIID in 2000. Her role is focused on the key aspects of supporting new and existing members.
Learning and Events Manager
Hayley joined the BIID in 2014. Her role is overseeing the wide range of events and extensive CPD programme.
Charlotte joined the BIID in 2018. Her role is to oversee the marketing, communications, and PR of the BIID.
Daisy joined the BIID in 2022. Her role is to oversee the administrative duties of the Institute.
Stacey joined the BIID in 2022. Her role is to create and administrate BIID marketing activities.
