Ribton Turner Interior Design is a Cambridgeshire based interior design studio whose work considers both classic and contemporary interiors. We design and oversee calm, functional and beautiful interiors that truly reflect the personalities and needs of our clients and the way we live now. Founder Catherine Ribton Turner established the company in 2010 and has been creating inspiring homes for both commercial and residential clients ever since, from listed buildings, mid-century villas to contemporary additions. A period of living and studying in Japan in her twenties cemented an admiration and love for a minimal aesthetic of serene beauty, material richness and timeless appeal; a theme which runs through all of Catherine's creative work. Catherine has worked for over twenty five years in design; she started her career in the field of fashion with Aquascutum, then spent ten years as a brand design strategist working for top British and international brand design consultancies. ​ With a holistic approach to architecture and design, Catherine creates a coherent style and setting, working from the architectural framework into the interiors and objects within the space, designing for specific needs and structures, rather than merely considering the aesthetic experience. Creating confidently neutral interiors with an emphasis on calm colours and organic materials, her projects are designed to enhance the lives of her clients.
