We offer through our dospay procurement hub, third-party managed payment accounts for interior designers and their clients. Once the FF&E Schedule and budgets are agreed, the client enters into a procurement account agreement with us, and following our compliance checks we open a segregated account in their name to hold their procurement funds.

Our FF&E Procurement Account service includes:

• full AML & KYC verification and monitoring services;
• receiving the FF&E budget (plus projected commission and any VAT) from the end-client and holding it on deposit for the duration of the project;
• making payments to suppliers of approved invoices;
• a digital approvals workflow for purchase orders and invoices on an item-by-item basis;
• month-by-month payment to the designer of FF&E commission on purchases, together with a fully-tracked breakdown of the basis for calculation to share with the Client throughout the procurement process;
• a white-label (branded in your brand) portal for your clients to be able to log in and access their FF&E accounts, item catalogues, all copy invoices and statements for FF&E costs, 24/7;
• account spend dashboards and reporting and full audit trail / accounting for FF&E accounts.
