Ju-Wei Chen is the founder and creative director of Txengo Studio, a London-based design consultancy specialising in high-end residential, hospitality, and experiential environments. Her work is defined by a refined design language, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to creating spaces that feel purposeful, elegant, and emotionally resonant.

Before founding Txengo Studio, Ju-Wei gained international experience within the luxury travel and hospitality sector. Shaped by over two decades of global exposure including formative immersion in heritage rail and premium transport design her human-centred approach blends craftsmanship, storytelling, and atmosphere. She leads Txengo Studio with a clear vision to create spaces that balance elegance with emotion, modern living with cultural memory, and design with lasting meaning.
