Laura Stewart

Laura Stewart has worked in the industry for 25 years. Her studio Born Designers, which she co-founded with husband Philip,  focuses on transforming interiors from ordinary to extraordinary.

Their studio specialises in both high-end residential work and bespoke commercial projects and they also offer valuable consulting services for other practices. 

After her BA(hons) in Interior Architecture and Design, Laura designed bars and restaurants, luxury hotel rooms and spas across Europe and the Americas before establishing Born Designers. Laura brings this experience of high-end hospitality design to the residential market, helping clients realise the potential in their homes, and enhance the customer experience for businesses.

Over a number of years, Laura has held visiting lecturer posts at The Royal College of Art (MA Interior Design) and at Kingston & Middlesex Universities (BA Interior Design).
