With a extensive experience in hospitality interior design, I specialise in leading creative teams, navigating complex project landscapes, and delivering design solutions that truly resonate with people and place. Across my career I’ve held senior leadership positions where I shaped departmental strategy, oversaw full-lifecycle design processes and championed elevated standards of quality, creativity and efficiency.

In my role as Design Director at OCCA, a multidisciplinary studio specialising in hotel, luxury residential and commercial interiors, I oversee the project design creativity and deliverables. I lead design direction for signature projects that draw on provenance, location and brand story - working across interior architecture, branding and FF&E to craft immersive, meaningful guest and user experiences. Within this role I focus on fostering collaboration, inspiring innovation, and ensuring seamless execution from concept through to completion, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering on operational, commercial and aesthetic goals.
