Moein Memari

W1 Design Ltd is a London-based architecture and interior design practice specialising in commercial, hospitality, retail, workplace and residential projects. Established in 2012, the practice works with private clients, property owners, developers and businesses across London, the UK and Europe.

Led by Moein Memari, an ARB-registered architect and member of the RIBA and BIID, W1 Design brings together architectural design, interior design and construction expertise within an integrated practice. The practice works across the full project lifecycle, from initial concept, feasibility and spatial planning through to planning, detailed design, technical coordination and, where required, construction and completion.

Our approach combines creative design with a strong understanding of the practical and technical requirements of delivering a project. We consider each project in relation to its architectural context, intended use, budget and programme, with particular attention to proportion, materiality, detailing and the quality of the finished environment.

W1 Design works across a diverse range of projects, from individual interior schemes and sensitive refurbishments to commercial fit-outs, hospitality and retail environments, residential refurbishments and new-build developments. The practice aims to create spaces that are distinctive, functional and carefully considered, with design quality maintained throughout the process of delivery.
