Natalie GEADIZADEH -  sENIOR INTERIOR Designer

Natalie is a seasoned interior  designer with over 15 years of experience shaping workplace environments that are both high-performing and aesthetically compelling. With a degree in Interior Architecture and Interior Design, she brings a multidisciplinary background spanning workplace, pharmaceutical, restoration, hospitality, and transport sectors.

For the past 14 years, Natalie has been a key contributor at Jacobs, a global leader in professional services. Her portfolio includes both largescale and unique projects, where she has led and collaborated on interior design strategies, feasibility studies, material specifications, and construction design packages. Her approach blends methodical research with design thinking to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Natalie holds additional diplomas in Photography and Gender-Based Studies, enriching her creative and cultural perspective. She is proficient in British Sign Language (BSL) and is an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community—both within Jacobs and in broader society, advocating for inclusion, visibility, and equity in design and beyond.

She is deeply committed to inclusive design, with a particular focus on neuro-aesthetics and equality in the built environment. Natalie champions design that not only meets rigorous standards but also enhances human experience, placing sustainability and end-user wellbeing at the heart of every project.

An active presence in the interiors community, Natalie continues to push the boundaries of design innovation. Her work reflects a passion for creating spaces that inspire, perform, and evolve with the people who use them.
