As a result-driven, self-motivated and resourceful design professional with 16 years of experience in the industry, Neelanchana has acquired significant expertise in managing corporate, commercial, retail, institutional, and hospitality projects to measurable successes. With a combination of innovative ideas, stoic leadership and a focus on sustainability, Neelanchana is peerless within the Dubai interior design industry.

Armed with a master’s degree in interior design, Neelanchana has already achieved so much in her impressive career. She has a portfolio of over 350 successfully handed-over projects, most of which have been high-profile and high-pressure situations handled with aplomb. This is down to Neelanchana’s dedication and dynamic skillset, which she uses to think dynamically and efficiently to overcome challenges. Her mentors include Dr. Prasanna T K, Director
of MES School of Architecture, and Dr. Bhakti More, Chairperson and Associate Professor at the School of Design & Architecture, Manipal Academy. Their guidance and expertise have significantly shaped her design journey and contributed to her success as a leading interior designer.

Neelanchana was also instrumental in Horton Interiors, Dubai winning the design consultancy for the prestigious Empower HQ project. Not only did this prove her ability to secure high-profile clients, it’s also a shining example of Neelanchana’s reputation as a design visionary.
