Roby Baldan Interiors is a London-based residential interior design studio working internationally.

The practice designs homes shaped around how people experience space in everyday life and how it supports them over time.

Guided by the belief that design is never neutral, Roby works with an awareness of how homes are used and inhabited, and how space consciously and unconsciously shapes daily life. Her approach is informed by neuroaesthetic principles and supported by certification in science-informed design, grounding decisions in an understanding of how spatial conditions influence comfort, movement, attention, and emotional and physical health.

While there are shared human responses to certain spatial qualities, how those qualities are experienced and interpreted within a home is always deeply personal. Personality, colour, objects, and moments of whimsy are therefore actively encouraged to emerge where they reflect the homeowner’s character, memories, rhythms, and cultural references.

Beauty is both a method and an outcome, used deliberately throughout the design process and realised in homes that are genuinely beautiful to live in. Rather than working to a fixed style or defaulting to neutrality, each project develops as a personal composition, allowing individuality and expression to come forward with clarity and intention.

Practicality is embedded within this approach. Layouts are intuitive, movement feels natural, and homes support both moments of rest and moments of engagement, allowing spaces to adapt fluidly to how they are lived in.

At the heart of the practice is the belief that homes should actively support health, ease, and joy. By considering physiological, emotional, and cultural dimensions together, each project reaches the deepest level of bespoke.
Homes are shaped in harmony with the people who live in them, offering comfort, pleasure, and a lasting sense of connection in everyday life.
