Sandra Flashman

Sandra Flashman Studio designs London homes that feel open and calm. Every project is built around a life being lived: a love of books, food, travel, music and art, blended into a space that moves with the everyday. A colouring book of each life, brought into a home — full of beautiful moments and touchpoints that make daily life feel richer.

The studio's signature is character within minimal interior design: period features reworked in a contemporary way, architecture opened up to enhance light and flow, and layers of texture that make a room feel rich, soft and subtle rather than stark.

Sandra Flashman has over 20 years' experience designing interiors across residential, hospitality and workplace projects, from full home renovations and architectural extensions to offices, and restaurants. She was recently named one of Homes & Gardens' 25 Next in Design. With a Bachelor of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Masters from Central Saint Martins, she brings both technical and creative grounding to every commission. Her work includes offices for Virgin Holidays and Sky, restaurants for the W Hotel, and cabin interiors for Lufthansa, alongside a D&AD Yellow Pencil award.
