Tina McFarlane

TMCF Designs is an Interior Design practice run by Tina McFarlane who has been designing in the UK for the past 45 years. Tina has for the past 26 years been specialising in hard design. She does not do soft furnishings. Hard design includes bathrooms, kitchens, lighting, joinery and home entertainment areas plus total refurbishments, extensions (side, top or basement). Her work is concentrated on Architectural Design for residential projects mainly in the UK. Her special approach combined with considerable attention to detail has led to completion of major projects in England, Scotland as well as the Bahamas, France, Portugal, Spain and indeed in her home country Australia. Tina likes to develop a personal relationship and complete understanding of the clients requirements before commencing any design work. So, with a creative and intuitive understanding of her clients' needs, she creates unusual, harmonious and unique spaces. Her solutions are usually entirely practical and stylish particularly with difficult areas which are a real challenge. Tina works closely with the necessary local authorities, landlords etc, and specialises in liasing between the client and builders. She makes every attempt to relieve the client of any hassles throughout the contracts.
