GBG Building Services is a prime residential main contractor delivering the refurbishment, restoration and fit-out of exceptional homes in Central and West London and Surrey. Founded in 2005 and led by Director Mariusz Gawecki BSc (Hons) MCIOB, we typically deliver projects from £500,000 to £5 million.

Working with interior designers
We see our role as your partner bringing your design to life exactly as drawn. We are comfortable working from your drawings, specifications and FF&E schedules, and we welcome early involvement to review buildability, lead times and cost before tender. On site, we provide sample panels and mock-ups for approval, coordinate specialist makers and suppliers, and keep you informed with regular progress reports and photos. We carry out snagging to your standard, not ours.
