Nashmita Rajiah

Nashmita Rajiah is a London-based interior architect and designer with over 20 years of experience, and the founder of her eponymous studio.

Her work focuses on bespoke residential interiors, combining architectural clarity with a refined understanding of materiality, proportion, and how spaces are experienced in everyday life. Working internationally, she delivers projects ranging from private homes and penthouses to large-scale residences, each defined by a considered and cohesive approach.

Nashmita began her career in London in 2006 at Candy & Candy, contributing to landmark ultra-prime developments including One Hyde Park, as well as private residences across London, Monaco, and Gibraltar. This early experience established a strong foundation in high-end residential design, with a particular emphasis on spatial hierarchy, craftsmanship, and precision.

She later held senior roles within developer-led practices, including Head of Interior Architecture at Nstudio, part of Northacre PLC, where she led interior architecture across complex residential and mixed-use schemes.

Before founding her studio in 2023, Nashmita worked independently with developers, architects, and private clients across the UK, Europe, and internationally. Her work today reflects this breadth of experience, underpinned by a disciplined and architectural approach to design.
