Kate Malone leads a high-end residential practice based in Kent, working across London and the South East. A former Cap Gemini Ernst & Young management consultant, Kate tends to be called in for complex, non-standard or troubled projects - combining genuine design intelligence with the structure and commercial rigour of a consultant.  She works with a small number of large projects at a time, leading each from concept through technical design, procurement and installation, alongside her proprietary Property Strategy Roadmap for clients planning significant property decisions.
