The Cleveland

The Cleveland, a 915 square foot property located on Pall Mall. Our client was looking for a comfortable and welcoming space, whatever the season, an apartment, where high quality finishes were reminiscent of a hotel. The M&Co design team carried a sympathetic approach to the historical building, maintaining its original grandeur.

Strong accents of mustard, petrol blue and warm metal tones nods to the client’s love of classic cars and hotel-style luxury. With sustainability in mind, we, predominately worked with British furniture makers and craftspeople who hold strong heritage values. This captured British-led design, whilst reducing carbon footprint and ensured ease of project management.
