This newly built house in Apes Hill, Barbados combines the best of traditional Caribbean design with a more transitional style.  The client wanted a home with Caribbean elegance and tropical influences complimenting the style of the house.  The colour scheme is mainly neutrals and creams highlighted with punches of colour.  The overall feel is very welcoming, comfortable, with a lived-in feel using lots of fabrics and full curtains.
