Our existing client moved to a new property on the Crown Estate. The property was 6,000 sq ft, across 4 floors, and was limited in the smart home automation and AV that could be provided. The developer specification only ran a Cat6 to certain locations, and this was a challenging project to provide the requirements listed below from the clients Brief:
-Sky Q and Apple TV Distribution to 6 rooms
-Invsible speakers for 4 rooms
-Wireless Data network throughout (Including front and rear grounds)
-CCTV camera integration for 10 locations
We designed a solution using Sony OLED TV's, an HDBT Video distribution system and wireless access points installed in wardrobes and cupboards. A Savant Control system for AV and ipad control was used.
New cabling was installed, and existing points were moved for TV locations. A combination of Future Automation brackets were installed to hid the equipment behind articulating brackets.
The project was completed over a 4 week period, working extensively with the Developer and other trades. The Developer has retained our services on Future projects to design a cabling infrastructure that is flexible and caters for the modern home.

Both Fireplaces did not have provision for the cables for the client required AV. Working with the developer and other trades to get the infrastructure right, we managed to implement this within a tight time deadline before the client moved in.
