The transformation of 100 Embankment into a co-working space aimed to reflect its heritage and promote sustainability, focusing on businesses sharing x+why’s values of positive impact. It offers a variety of spaces, from rentable offices to collaborative areas, designed to foster community and entrepreneurialism among impact-driven businesses. The project, praised for exceeding expectations and promoting social values, was completed in six months and cost under £3 million.
