The BIID Telephone Mentoring has now been replaced by the BIID Online Drop In Coaching Sessions, which are designed to equip early career professionals with essential skills and knowledge to excel in their field. This quarterly series of online sessions will cover key areas such as confidence-building, marketing strategies, compliance, and pricing. Each session is designed to provide practical insights, expert guidance, and interactive discussions that will help you strengthen your business operations and client relationships. Whether you want to refine your approach to pricing, understand compliance better, or enhance your marketing efforts, these sessions offer valuable tools to support your professional growth. The panels will be formed of experienced BIID Registered Interior Designer® Member Coaches, who will guide these sessions.

Topic: Strategies to Identify Your Key Strengths and Define Your Value

Overview: This session will focus on techniques to recognise your core strengths, articulate your value proposition, and build confidence in client interactions. We will explore how to leverage your unique skills to foster strong client relationships and demonstrate value effectively.
