Webinar: Adapting to a New Way of Working
Hear from four established Interior Designers about how they have adapted their business to cope with the COVID-19 Crisis.
The coronavirus pandemic has changed the way we work, communicate, and earn, and put in place new systems for dealing with staff, clients, and suppliers. BIID Registered Interior Designer Anna Burles will chair the discussion by asking our panel; how have you adapted your practice because of COVID-19, and what systems are you going to take forward in this new business landscape?
WHAT TO EXPECT
Anna will be chairing the discussion with fellow BIID members and Interior Designers Robert Thake, Angela Bardino and Natasha Meechan as they discuss changes made in their workplaces. How this experience has altered their perception of the workplace as a static space, how working from home has affected creative output, and how managing staff remotely has affected productivity.
They will also be looking at the emotional affects of working from home amidst a pandemic and how they have engaged themselves and their team to be safe, happy and healthy and ultimately, how these changes have been implemented, and to what financial cost.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This event is open to all BIID Registered Interior Designers, Associates, Provisional Associates, Employees of BIID Registered Design Practices and Student members.
