A flagship ginbar and restaurant for the English winemaker, Chapel Down. Comprising two cocktail bars, the spaces reflect the precise and theatrical process of making gin. 

The bars were designed so the customers felt engaged and entertained and they would be a place to gather and celebrate. 

While the bars tell the story of the history of gin, the restaurant and lounges feature a libary of dried botanicals to envelop the space in aromas and a palette of rich fabrics to engulf the drinker.
