How You Can Feature in the BIID Instagram Stories

This new feature is available to all industry partners, here is how to make use of the opportunity.

The new BIID Industry Partner Instagram Stories Highlights feature will form a curated collection of Instagram Stories that our followers can tap into and watch any time they like. Unlike regular Instagram Stories that vanish after 24 hours, Instagram Stories Highlights live permanently on the BIID Instagram page.

Because of their prime location directly under our bio and above our BIID Instagram feed, it’s a good place to direct followers to valuable and interesting content.

This new feature will promote relevant news from a maximum of 5 different BIID Industry Partners every Friday.

The content

Content should either:

  • focus on news about the brand (e.g. new product story or service) 
  • highlight benefits to BIID members 
  • be relevant & useful to interior designers e.g product information, design inspiration, relevant events etc

The content also needs to reflect BIID tone of voice; informal but knowledgeable, friendly and open/approachable, collaborative, and passionate about interior design

Complete content should include:

  • A portrait jpeg image (size: 300dpi)
  • Text of maximum 20 words (including relevant tags if needed)
  • Your preferred date for inclusion (dates are a first come basis and if a date is full an alternative will be offered)
