Gosling was commissioned to design the interiors for a Grade One listed building in Central London.  The desk was made of Lacquer with elements of water gilding. The project was created in conjunction with British Heritage with a brief to ensure the design was sympathetic to the date of the building (1790) when japanning and water gilding was prevalent.
