Kumiko Sideboard, Carlyle Square, Chelsea

Our client wanted a sideboard to sit under a TV in their modern kitchen. The primary goal here was to create a unit that maximised storage space but maintained an elegant look that would fit in seamlessly with their beautiful kitchen.

This Walnut Sideboard is made from black American walnut and curly maple. With its striking colour scheme, the hand-made Kumiko panel pattern takes centre stage in this design. The drawers and sliding doors have inlaid walnut handles sanded flush to create a seamless appearance. The top of the sideboard features rare ripple walnut which accompanies the curly maple figure beautifully.
