A small project where we created a peaceful master bedroom with ensuite shower room in the former attic space. The client wanted the space to feel separate from the main part of the busy family home – a refuge to relax in.

The bedroom is flooded with light from the dormer and velux windows, and bespoke built-in storage helps to keep the space clear of clutter maximising the feeling of calm. To add to the calmness a neutral colour palette is used, with the client’s favourite blue being used for accents.

The compact ensuite shower room feels relaxed and mature from the use of muted blue gloss ceramic tiles and contrasting black shower fittings.
