We carried out the complete refurbishment of a large apartment in a 60's built block. The Client was downsizing from a large traditional house and wanted everything replaced to create a more contemporary look.
We sourced polished and raked plaster finishes, on the walls in a variety of textures and colours. The floors are dark stained oak, and much of the furniture is bespoke, designed and made to fit the space.
Debbie sourced 3 large hand tufted wool and silk rugs in co-ordinating shades for the 3 main reception rooms. We also found a spectacular glass chandelier which sits over the circular/oval dining table.
We also added coffered ceilings with recessed LED lighting to give atmosphere and create a grand and opulent feel.
Debbie had many of the Clients existing artwork re-mounted and framed to suit the new more contempoary design. She has also returned over several years to add pieces as and when required.
