Timeless Elegance with a Modern Edge

Stepping into this newly transformed hallway is nothing short of breathtaking. The clients’ desire for a “wow” factor has been perfectly realised through a series of sophisticated design choices that elevate the entire entrance experience.

To create a seamless, open flow, the existing partition between the entrance and hallway was removed, allowing the space to breathe. The former standard double doors were replaced with a floor-to-ceiling bespoke metal door in a rich, dark bronze finish. Its brushed brass handles add a subtle yet refined contrast, making a bold first impression. This striking door design not only adds grandeur but also offers a clear view of the staircase, instantly enhancing the sense of space.

Flanking the hallway, mirrored benches and matching console tables with circular mirrors create harmonious symmetries of practicality and aestheticality. The mirrors also reflect light, making the area feel larger and more inviting. The introduction of double wall moulding with intricate corner details adds depth and a classic touch of sophistication, giving the walls a refined architectural presence.

The staircase itself underwent a dramatic upgrade. The existing carpet was removed, revealing the beautiful oak steps beneath. To accentuate the natural elegance, a sleek runner with dark edges was added, secured with dark bronze-finish rods, offering a stylish, tailored appearance.

One of the most show-stopping additions is the bespoke extra-large mirror by the landing. Its dark bronze metal frame ties in perfectly with the door and stair rods, creating a cohesive design narrative. This mirror not only enhances the sense of space but also acts as a stunning focal point, amplifying the wow factor that greets anyone entering the home.

The result is a hallway that seamlessly blends modern elegance with timeless charm, leaving a lasting impression on all who step inside.
