We worked on restoring the property, readying it for the rental season on the French Riveira. The client needed a team that could diagnose and implement faults and fixes that had happened at the property.
The property consisted of a Main property and a guest house for staff. The home Automation system consisted of the following:
-Savant Fibre Video Matrix 10 sources to 8 TV's
-Savant Audio Matrix to 12 Audio Zones
-Lutron QS lighting control for 190 circuits
-Lutron QS shading for 6 rooms
-Wifi and data network
-Savant iPad control system
-Cinema Room
Updates to the control system so that guests could use their own ipads and iphones within the property. We used images of the property for the control system, so users to navigate easily to the room they were in.
 Over the 5 visits made to the property, we upgraded, maintained and delivered the required fix to ensure the property worked prior to the rental season. We completed the project requirements and supported the install until its sale in the summer of 2019.
