The client requested that this Notting Hill cottage did not appear designed, instead that its interior appeared effortless and uncontrived. Over a period of three years the house was refurbished and refurnished in stages from top to toe.
The beautifully executed design evolved from the historic structure house but included a contemporary update with all the features expected in a modern home. Although the project evolved over time, Sally was able to unify the entire house with each element harmoniously placed.
