Portland Road

We designed a new luxury 5 bedroom family home on an existing plot in Leicestershire. The location was between parkland and a renowned grade II listed building so we needed to work closely with the planning department to ensure our designs passed approval. Within the property, two main building wings create spacious living spaces and bedrooms on the upper floors. The master room ‘chalet’ style balcony offers stunning views into the parkland and beyond. The low central linking structure provides a family bathroom and gallery into the entrance hall. ‘Hit and miss’ brickwork allows light into the property whilst maintaining the building’s solid mass.
