An historic appartment was recofigured in a major renovation. I redesigned the two bedroom, one bathroom apartment for a returning client a year or two ago, turning it into a four bedroom three bathroom space.  The property had fallen into disrepair, though I was able to make maximum use of the space, in the process, opening out a maze of rooms to enable a large open plan living and kitchen space, adding huge value to the property.

    This space was previously three operate rooms. The kitchen was originally north facing at the rear of the apartment, by moving it towards the front of the property and integrating it into the living area, a lovely bright space was formed

    Utilising as much of the fabric of the building was important to the owners. The contrast of the original floor and fireplace combined with white walls and industrial lighting was perfect for the aesthetic of this rental property

    Original paneling was retained and renovated and new wall lights replaced the original dated lighting. I designed the balustrade for to replace a wall which was removed to open out the space
