A central London flat belonging to a pair of academics, which brought the brief of "The Mediteranean in 35 square metres".  Working within a limited space, it was important to celebrate the clients’ interests and personality; as academics, this involved incorporating their impressive collection of books through the installation of a gallery wall. 

Comprising a small bathroom, and separate space for sleeping, cooking and relaxing, imaginative planning and careful precision was essential to turn what was once an unworkable studio into a coherent living space with separate divisions.
