Karen McKimmie

Karen McKimmie, director of Ambiance Interior Design, is a graduate of Edinburgh College of Art. She worked with Sylvia Lawson Johnston for 10 years and has run Ambiance since 1999, acquiring the company in 2007.

Karen's style is predominately classic contemporary but the experienced design team at Ambiance are comfortable working on both traditional and contemporary projects. Ambiance work on jobs of every size and on every aspect of interior design from initial architectural conception to the last finishing details of a completed project.
