Kay Pilsbury Thomas Architects is a family practice of Chartered Architects and Interior Designers, passionate about historic buildings and the stories they tell. We specialise in high quality conversions, extensions and adaptation to historic buildings of all shapes and sizes. KPT' s Interior Design Team can offer an extended architectural service to provide interiors which compliment your family or business. Our designers specialise in bespoke joinery; regularly designing original kitchens, dressing rooms, libraries and bathrooms; creating harmony between the new additions and the historic fabric of the building. With our specialist knowledge of historic details and finishes, we are able to design and specify lighting, curtains, flooring, decorations, fitted furniture, staircases, fireplaces and iron-work to add those special finishing touches to whole interior schemes. At KPT we prefer to use local craftsmen, and try, whenever possible, to also use locally sourced and sustainable materials. We aim to provide you with a home you can enjoy for the coming decades.
