Shirley boasts impressive credential working with the world's most prestigious architectural firms, including Foster + Partners on several landmark schemes such as 'The Bow', a 58 stories Tower in Calgary; Seattle Civic Square in USA; Luxury Resort comprising 120 Hillside Villas and 200 apartments in Mauritius; as well as a Residential Competition scheme in Waterfront Toronto.

In addition, she had designed various High End Houses in desirable locations around London.  Actively involved from early concept stage to construction, overseeing projects on site and the whole design development.

The formation of SSYL Studio allowed Shirley to be the sole designer,offering a complete Interior and Architectural Design Service from liaising with architects and builders within the residential as well as the commercial sector, taking projects from concept to hand over.
